4* TCU +2'
Love the TCU D and they way they run to the ball and turn teams over. They get QB Gunn back and he is the key to their option nickle option. Look for them to attempt to take advantage of the USF pursuit with some reverse pitches off the option from both QB and RB. They feel the can exploit this for big plays. Frogs are trying to build legitimacy and have targeted this game since since season start. They KNOW this will be a big task and have shown a tendency to step up in big games. They will rely on the Defense and special teams (big advantage) until the offense gets it in gear. TCU has not been outstatted by opponent in 15 games dating back to last year. Can't say the same for USF. This game will be close as USF no slouch on both sides of the ball and defense has lots of speed. Not sold on the home winning streak though as not many heavyweight have made the trip to Tampa of late. Think the balance of Frogs get there in the end especially with the points.
2* TCU/USF Over 43'
Thought here that TO's and Special team push this one over. Not sure TCU Offense will get to quick start with several players coming back. Don't let that scare you though as they could have played but HC Patterson wanted to hold them out especially for this game.
5* Mich/Minn Over 53
Points should be a plenty in this one as both teams should move the ball up and down the field. Not sold on the validity of either defense and the Mich special teams will always make it interesting.
3* Minn +3
Like the Gophers at home with solid return team that took Arkansas to task in bowl game last year. Granted that competition has not been as stellar this year, but with unraveling of Mich program and lack of confidence in play calling and ability to shut down team, taking the points with Minny at home a PLUS. Also like that Minny in addition to balance has only turned it over 6 times this year.
